My Resin Process

Ever since I first created this ocean design on coasters and placemats they have become the most popular and I really do enjoy making them!

I guess there’s something about the escapism, just imagining being at the beach, hearing the waves crashing down and watching how the water forms all different textures, patterns and ripples.

That’s why not one of my designs looks the same, it would be hard to do with alcohol ink anyway, but that is also the way nature behaves in itself, nothing is identical.

I’ve just been finishing up this set of 8 coasters and placemats and along the way have made a video of my resin process.
